Kale is a leafy and versatile vegetable that provides a great source of fibre and contains vitamins A, C and K. Available in green, red or Tuscan.

The Hydro Produce family was an early pioneer in growing Kale for the Australian commercial market. Starting small at first we now grow and supply retailers nationally with hydroponic and field-grown Kale all year round.

ENJOY: Raw, sliced finely and added to salads, juiced with your favourite fruits and vegetables or added to stir-fries, pasta and risottos.
